Pale yet brilliant salmon pink with bronze hues.
Floral notes mingle with fresh cut strawberries and cream with more than a hint of guava initially that comes to greet the senses before more savoury notes of fresh cut grass and cold meats come into view.
An initially voluptuous palate is quickly refined by a vibrant acidity which provides great length and persistence. A generous yet focused framework that is balanced between creamy talc like tannins and an outstanding mineral drive.
With great natural acidity this wine will develop over the next one to two years, but can be easily enjoyed right now. We recommend opening ahead of time and serving at around 12 degrees (like most whites) to liberate riper fruit aspects.
