Whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir, allowed three hours of skin contact for the palest pink colour. Barrel fermented, with texture built by resting on lees prior to bottling.
We've combined 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir to create 100% complex refreshment. Our next release from the 2018 vintage is currently gaining complexity in bottle, and at his stage, will be released in late 2023.
