This youthful, fruit-forward expression of Cabernet Franc offers an inviting aromatic profile that’s all ripeness and generosity—none of the green, vegetal edges often associated with the variety. Grown in the cooler reaches of northern Macedon Ranges, the fruit is handled with clarity and precision, fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly in neutral barrique for two months, preserving purity while adding a gentle textural frame.

The nose opens with a burst of black fruits—ripe blackberry, cassis, and dark cherries—woven with savoury nuances of charcuterie, black olive tapenade, and a faint hint of peppery meatiness. On the palate, the wine delivers on its aromatic promise: plush black fruit sits comfortably on a vibrant acid backbone, with supple tannins lending structure without austerity. There’s a mouthfilling softness and immediacy to the fruit, but also a savoury depth that adds dimension and drinkability.

The finish is long, clean, and fruit-driven, with the faintest echo of smoke and spice. This is a pure, ripe, and joyfully expressive Cabernet Franc, made to be enjoyed young—a wine that’s more about pleasure than posturing.
