Our truly cool climate ensures a sublime, yet complex expression of Chardonnay that speaks with purity of time and place.
A generous and expressive Chardonnay, reflecting the warmth of the 2025 vintage while retaining the freshness and mineral character that give the wine its poise.
The nose opens with yellow stone fruit, lemon pith and fresh lime, layered with subtle raw macadamia and a delicate chalky minerality. There is a lovely breadth to the aromatics, hinting at the warmth and generosity of the vintage.
The palate is beautifully rounded and textured, with flavours of yellow nectarine, lemon-lime curd and lemon peel, alongside macadamia, oyster shell and a gentle nuttiness from oak. A fine saline thread runs through the wine, bringing freshness and balance to its richness. The finish is remarkably long, leaving a lingering impression of citrus, mineral and subtle oak.
Warm, generous and beautifully textured, this is Chardonnay with both richness and restraint, rewarding to those who seek complexity yet immediately inviting to those discovering the variety.
