Curly Flat Pinot Noir represents our passion as winegrowers to faithfully capture the essence of our remarkable site coupled with the unique expression that is derived from each vintage.

A brooding core of plums, sour cherries and red fruits is further bolstered by aging savoury charred meat and truffle characters. This darker fruit gravity provides centre to ethereal satellites of musk, cigar box cedar and the stalk driven spice thread that radiates throughout.

The nose faithfully transcribes into a medium weight palate, billowing with silken tannins providing the right amount of give and grip, combine to build a purposed platform. Long driving acidity ultimately merges to linger with the milk chocolate and delicate kirsch liqueur finish.

We found the 2004 poised with power and prettiness with its race far from run.

How is this drinking now?
Dried red fruits shimmer through secondary spice and undergrowth. Delicate structure and length remain. Drink 2020-2023.
